Vinton welcomed a new business to town. Bowers Best Discount Store is worth a trip if you've never visited one.

Adding Vinton to their chain of stores, Bowers opened in Vinton on Leap Day. Hours are limited and the store is closed Monday - Wednesday.

The Vinton store has clothing from sizes newborn to plus size, some furniture, bedding, health & beauty and more.

The store is located next door to Teresa Meyer's Farm Bureau office, their address is, 423 First Ave. downtown Vinton.
