Sports : Viking 11U team end season with tourney win

The Viking 11U team ended its season with a tourney championship.

The 11U Viking Baseball team wrapped up their season by winning the PST League Tournament this past weekend with a 11-7 victory over the Prairie Hawks. The team went 4-1 during the tournament and outscored their opponents 63-26 in the five games. Scott Betterton pitched a complete game in the championship while Riley Deklotz and Keegan Thompson led the Vikings by scoring 7 of the 11 runs in the finale. The 11U Vikings finished 38-19 on the season.
