The Vinton Shellsburg-Union Swim Team met last week to compete against Waterloo East. VSU won, 77-11.
Winners for VSU included the 160 medley team (Summer Stephenson, Mara Jessen, Jessie Dickerson, Kami Kirchner); Katie King in the 200 freestyle and 50 freestyle; Abby Getz in the 160 IM; Mara Jessen in the 60 freestyle; Karissa Davis in the 100 butterfly; Javannah Jensen in the 100 freesytle; the 160 freestyle relay (Karissa Davis, Abby Getz, Jessie Dickerson and Savannah Davis); Madison Elwick in the 100 backstroke; Abby Getz in the 100 breaststroke; and the 320 freestyle relay team of Kersten King, Savannah Jensen, Katie King and Madison Elwick.
