The latest basketball rankings are in from the Iowa Girls High School Athletic Union. All three area schools are listed in the top 8 in the rankings. Benton Community came in 5th 19-6, Vinton-Shellsburg at 7th 15-9 and Center Point-Urbana 21-4 in the Class 3A rankings.
The schools will only need to knock out Estherville-Lincoln Central, Unity Christian, Davenport Assumption and West Marshall (Ranked 1-4 respectively) as well as West Liberty who stands in the 6th slot.
