Vikette basketball loses to Raiders 42-41
WILLIAMSBURG - The Vinton-Shellsburg Vikette varsity basketball team traveled to Williamsburg High School in Williamsburg to take on the Williamsburg Raiders and the Raiders earned a 42-41 victory over the Vikettes on Jan. 4.
Junior Alyssa Griffith led the Vikette scoring attack with 11 points with Abby Davis adding seven, Kalie Burke adding six, Sophia Kreutner and Ashlie Meyer adding five apiece and Brylee Bruce adding two.
