After racing action was weathered out this past Sunday, the Bullring at Benton County Speedway will return for its second night of weekly points racing May 2.
Joining the five weekly IMCA divisions, Late Models will make their first of three scheduled appearances this season. Running SLMR rules, the division will compete for a $1,500 winner's share Sunday night. The main event pays $150 to start. There is no entry fee.
Weekly points battles will continue in the KISS Country 96.5 IMCA Modifieds, IMCA Sunoco Stock Cars presented by Albert Auto, Karl Kustoms Northern SportMods presented by Christie Door Company, IMCA Sunoco Hobby Stocks presented by Kwik Star and Mach-1 Sport Compacts presented by Auto Crafters.
Pit gate opens at 4 p.m. and the grandstand at 4:30, with hot laps scheduled for 5:30 and racing to follow.
Grandstand admission is $16 for adults, $14 for seniors and veterans, $5 for ages 6-14 and ages five and under free when accompanying a paid adult. Pit passes are $30.
