Scott Hogan receives trophy from Kathy Root

A shortage of starts didn’t prevent Scott Hogan from winning the Butler Built North Central Region IMCA Modified title.

Along with nine feature wins, the Vinton pilot scored track titles at Benton County Speedway and 34 Raceway.

His regional trophy was presented by IMCA President Kathy Root during the national awards banquet Nov. 27 in Lincoln, Neb.
