The greens were large, lightening fast, and pin placements were tricky. I was very pleased that we broke 400 and extremely proud that we had three VS individuals named All Conference. Obviously, these young ladies shot well! For seniors Rachel Tandy and Brandi Gerber, this is their third year to earn All Conference distinction; for sophomore Lillie Lamont this is her second year. Those are remarkable achievements, and toughest when you're a senior and know this is your last opportunity to play your "A game" . Freshman Lauren Murray again was our fourth counter and participated in her first 18 hole tournament; she is gaining valuable experience. Thursday, we play at the Prairie Invitational and Saturday at South Tama for their annual invite. These courses are very different from Thurnder Hills and present their own challenges.
