My understanding: A ladder was attached to the building where the shooter climbed and was identified by civilians on the ground and warned available law enforcement that there was a man on the roof with a gun (rifle- doesn't matter what type). At this distance an easy shot. A local officer climbed the ladder. Saw the shooter and when his rifle was pointed at him - did not take cover, did not challenge, did not draw his weapon and command the person lay down his arms, or did not draw his weapon and empty his magazine into the prospective shooter and tactically reload - no he withdrew to reassess - RETREATED down the ladder. Then the shooter fired at least three rounds (the shooters aim was now rushed), nicking Trump's ear killing one and wounding two others; before the sniper team put a round through the shooter's head~ dead , dead , dead. If I have read this scenario correctly the officer retreated as a coward. I pray that is not so. I do not know what else the MSM or Democrats expected to happen with their scorched earth rhetoric over the years since 2015 but an assassination attempt on Donald J. Trump. Regardless of your hatred -SHAME ON YOU!! I can personally attest all my affairs were better on Trump's Admin. than under the incompetent one of today. Make America Great Again. This afternoon on TV I heard that the officer who ascended the stairs and came eye to eye with the shooter did not have his gun on him. I would then ask why he went up there without being armed.
The ladder may have been setup for the person who was supposed to be on the top of the building. I also wonder why the local law enforcement were assigned that location. Was someone supposed to be up there but was not on location at the time the shooter used it? There are a lot of questions that need to be answered so this does not happen again.
I know that indoor venues are much easier to lockdown. Maybe outdoor venues should not be used. I hope when the investigations are over we will have the answers.

What are you two talking about? My comment to John was adding more information to what he had written, did not talk about the View or Morning Joe, both of which I do not watch and nothing about telepromters or VP Harris. I was actually agreeing with John that there is something wrong here. You two cannot stop yourself from making wild claims that do not pertain to the subject.
Let me correct you on the details. There was not a ladder attached to the building, or one set up for the shooter. The shooter bought the ladder, and placed it against the building, himself. The receipt was found in his pocket. The officer did not use that ladder, or any other ladder. He was boosted up by the Manager of Butler Township. The officer pulled himself up, so he could get his head above the roof line. He was using both of his hands to pull himself up, so he could not reach his gun, which was in his holster. Upon getting his head above the roof line, he was locked eyes with the shooter. The shooter point his rifle (to be named later, I guess) at the officers head. The officer made a quick move, and fell out of the lift he was given. He fell 8 feet, to the ground.
I got this information from a live interview with the Manager of Butler Township.

I do not remember anything in the Constitution that sides with the Left or the Right. Maybe they are following another Constitution from a Fascist country. Fascists will do anything to silence any political opposition. Sure sounds like our current administration. This is exactly why the Democrats will lose the upcoming election. I doubt Biden will make it to the election. The Democrats are eating their own because they are in a mad panic where they act like a cornered animal right now. I am confident and have been since the debate while America watched Biden's horrible performance and saw what a failure he was, there was no way they would allow him to stay on the ticket.
I would not be surprised if they even used Biden's own weaponized Justice Department against him to remove him.
After the failed attempt on President Trump's life and he rose to his feet with his fist in the air, I knew we had reached a moment where Trump's re-election was solidified, if we have a fair election. The only way to ensure that is through voter ID laws.
This election should be historical where we may have the highest turnout of minorities who will vote Republican. I still have faith that even RS and DL might just wake up election morning and secretly vote for Trump.
He may or may not have been a registered Republican but he donated money to a left wing liberal group. Just pointing that out without hurting anyone's feelings.
