Looks like you've got an unhappy NYC Democratic mayor. You know him, right? [Eric Andrews] It seems like 42,000 illegal immigrants have sought asylum in New York City since last spring. He stated, "We continue to surpass our moral obligations with shelter, food, health care, education, and a host of other services." What about it, Joe? What are you going to do? Isn't the government out of money?
Mr. President: I think the Democrats are growing restless; I know the Republicans have gone way past that. I hope you and Kevin McCarthy have a stellar meeting on Wednesday because a lot of our citizens are waiting to see what you'll do for them. You reportedly stated that you weren't budging. Speaking for myself, I think I deserve more than these illegal immigrants. I've lived in this great land my entire life and worked hard until retirement. So, Joe...Who comes first?
Today in NYC, some illegals refused to leave a grand hotel to be transported to another shelter. Objecting to the move, they slept in the street. [Gee, isn't that what most of our own homeless have to do?] We're going to let these people object to things in OUR country? YOU'VE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME!!!

It is a sad situation we are in when a total and complete disregard for our border is blamed on the Republican Party for not passing immigration reform that the other side is so intent on. WHAT HAPPENED TO FOLLOWING THE LAW? It used to be that just because you do not like the law was no excuse for not following it. Some folks seem to think it is just fine to not follow immigration laws. There was a wall going up to protect our country from the very thing that is happening. Some fool with dementia shut it down. You know, the one that can't find his way off the stage without help. People should be ashamed for allowing this illegal invasion of our country to take place. It will have an effect of the economy of this country for many years to come. Biden should be impeached and jailed as a traitor to the USA. And I think all the bleeding hearts that feel so sorry for the illegals could be helping them if they are so concerned. There is no reason these people can not make a place in their homes for a family or two of illegals. Remodel the garage, share your bank account, support these people. Cut out the lip service and do something. Laws are laws, follow them until they are changed.

Think about senior citizens who sit in their kitchens trying to stay warm and deciding if they get their medicine, can they still buy food. Consider a mother and father who both work and still struggle to put food on the table for their children. Why don't you get it? It is costing this country BIG BUCKS to house and clothe and feed and provide health care for these non-citizens. They are warm this winter. They are getting three meals a day. They have warm clothing. So...Can you say the same about our people? WE DIDN'T INVITE THEM HERE!! Joe Biden is 100% responsible for them being here and draining our resources!!

Republicans in congress do not offer any policy information about what they plan on doing for this country, only who they want to investigate and try to destroy. They want to make cuts to social security and Medicare until it starts making them look bad and they they backtrack and say that is not what they want to do.
The thing to always remember about republicans is watch what they do, not what they say. They lie all the time and can't be trusted. They won't work with the Democrats on immigration reform, and they won't work with the Democrats on gun legislation. I have asked many times why does any citizen need an assault weapon. They are used only for murder, murdering our children.
Do they care about immigrants or those less fortunate, of course not. They care only about making this administration look bad and destroying President Biden. They are using the immigrants as pawns in their game of destruction.
DeSantis in Florida has now blocked an AP African American studies program because according to him it has no value. Well of course it has no value to him, he is a racist. He has also put his cronies in place in a liberal college that is teaching things he doesn't want taught. If he isn't stopped and should ever become president his form of racism will be spread across the country.

Am I going to continue to pay the taxes I owe while billionaires pay a much smaller actual percent and many stash portions of their income offshore? The very country that allows them plentiful profits and security on their money see the top income folks dodge their obligation while 99% meet our obligation.
