Yes I believe black lives matter and I believe all lives matter but it is black lives that are in jeopardy at the present time. All you have to do is stop at look at the video of George Floyd being murdered to realize that and the other black lives that have been lost since he was murdered. If you can't acknowledge that then I have nothing more to say.

Not-so BREAKING NEWS: The United States of America will NEVER have a Socialist or Communist government! The Democratic Party has soundly defeated Bernie Sanders' attempt to take us there, in the last two election cycles. The absolute only way a democracy can remain healthy, is to have both, a legitimate Liberal and Conservative Party in control. Right now we still have the Liberal side of that. But, what used to be the Conservative side, has been lost to a far right (alt-right as Steve Bannon calls it) insurgent. Most of those Conservatives have branched off of the misguided party and formed a group called Project Lincoln. They are the part of the party that refused to get brainwashed by Fox News, Breitbart and the ilk.

I'm not even going to address your accusation of the 1A. I have the utmost respect for every word in it. It is you that has failed to even understand what the Freedom of Speech clause means.
As far as the 2nd Amendment goes. I have NEVER even implied that the 2A needs to be removed from our Constitution. It's part of what this country was founded upon. The only opinion that I ever share on that is based on Justice Scalia's (your former King Justice) majority opinion on Heller v District of Columia. He wrote in his opinion that:
"the right to bear arms is not unlimited and that guns and gun ownership would continue to be regulated".
I trust that you know what those words mean. But, if you have any questions about it, I would certainly be glad to write it slower for you.
Again, your accusations in this "Opinion" piece of yours, are FLAT OUT LIES! I find it extremely hard to understand your logic, while knowing (as I've told you) that I was a proud Republican for the first 17 years of my voting life.(I'm still very much a fiscal conservative). It focused on the District of Columbia Firearms Control Regulation Act of 1975 requiring that all handguns be banned and any legally owned rifles and shotguns be kept unloaded and disassembled or bound by a trigger lock. It did not cover the Due Process Clause of the 14th Amendment. Further, the District of Columbia v. Heller was inaccurately represented in the entire context of the case by Mr. Linsey. The Supreme Court did NOT side with the District of Columbia on gun control. It found that the Firearms Control Regulations Act of 1975 infringe an individual's right to bear arms as protected by the Second Amendment.
