Letter to the Editor: Another shooting, and the cure?
Dear Editor: Another shooting – more children massacred. Liberals blame the gun, but it is the shooter who should be blamed. The Tennessee shooter was mentally ill and evil; and as we have learned mixed up on his/her gender. Good Grief! President Biden has demanded a ban on Assault Weapons, but no one has been able to come up with a definition as to what they are.

Dear Editor: During the Lenten season when Christians are preparing to remember the Crucifixion and Resurrection of Jesus Christ, Catholics are asked to go to confession; to confess their sins and ask for forgiveness and mercy from our God. It is indeed difficult to face your Priest and make this confession. Forgiveness is granted and penance is given.
Letter to the Editor: "The View" from my south window...
Dear Editor, I love looking out my south window in the morning seeing the start of spring and the possibilities in a new year. While sipping a fresh cup of coffee this morning, I was thinking about the view a person gets through a peephole in your door. Is it a friend you're hoping to see, or the face of someone you don't know and therefore, a threat? No, the view through that peephole is somewhat distorted regardless of who is on the other side.

Dear Editor, I was once berated for comparing the covid situation to the Holocaust. Watch this documentary by Holocaust survivors and their family members concerning the COVID vaccine. Honestly, if you deny it after listening to these survivors, then shame on you. They experienced the Holocaust, you didn't, I'm pretty sure they have better insight than any of us.

It is extremely important to learn, & understand the origin of the words, to understand the true meaning of what is being said. It’s just a flower
Sometimes the little things bring good memories. Somewhere in the area there might still be a huge Christmas cactus taking up window space. I have a smaller version of the same plant in my kitchen window.The only instruction that came with the plant was to water it every time it rains in Arizona. I figured a plant like that, I probably couldn’t hurt too bad.
