Todd A. Bean, 57, passed away Thursday, February 19, 2026 at St. Luke’s Hospital in Cedar Rapids.

Todd was born in Iowa City, Iowa on November 7, 1968, to Ronnie Bean and Mary Dayton. Todd worked in construction during the majority of his working life. Todd loved listening to the stereo, fishing, and his great-granddaughter Nova.

Todd is survived by his parents, Ronnie and Mary; his brother Jeff Bean of Cedar Rapids; his children, Ashley and Ryan Meadows of Iowa City; his grandchild, Nova Hurt of Preston; his two best friends, Gary Slate and Eric Detrick; and several cousins and aunts.
