Obituaries : Crystal Lee Offerman

Crystal Lee Offerman, 37, passed away on Friday, October 17, 2025 following a traffic accident.

Services will be held on Tuesday, October 28, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. at the Phillips Funeral Home Chapel, followed by a visitation until 7:00 p.m.

Crystal was born July 16, 1988 to Rick Bush and Brenda Sanders.

She was a waitress at Vinton Family Restaurant and was beloved by her coworkers who were like a family. Crystal married Jeff Offerman on September 21, 2015 in Hiawatha. They were separated for a time but their love brought them back to rekindle their relationship in the last year.

Crystal loved the outdoors and loved fall. She was kind, loving, loyal, and a wonderful mother. She loved helping people. She enjoyed playing Call of Duty, reading, painting, and writing, and published a book called. "Rise of the Relic." She also loved 80s and 90s music.

Crystal is survived by her father Rick (Connie) Bush, and mother, Brenda Sanders; Her boyfriend Jeff Offerman; and her beloved children Natalyn Coyle, Scotty Coyle Jr., Karyna Coyle, Leon Offerman, and Quinten Zeien.
