Obituaries : Judy Ann Bixby

Judy Ann Bixby, 74 of Belle Plaine, IA passed away Friday, March 21, 2025 at St. Lukes Hospital, Cedar Rapids, IA.

Judy was born February 11, 1951 in Iowa City, IA to Francis A. and Bernice H. (Burkett) Bixby. She attended school in Amana, IA. Following school, Judy lived in many places before moving to Belle Plaine, IA where she has lived the last 20 years. She worked at Zip Mart for many years.

Judy enjoyed talking with people, she loved to make sure people were never hungry and always willing to cook for others. She was very fond of her cat Baby.

Judy is survived by her children, Mike Graf of Toddville, Tim Graf of Cedar Rapids, Mick (Candace) Graf of Marengo, Tanya Gerard of Belle Plaine; grandchildren, Allison, Nyah, Zachary, Dylan, Brooke, Amber, Hanna, Felicity, Jazmyne, Daymien, Tytyn' four great-grandchildren; nine brothers; and seven sisters.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and several siblings, including her twin sister Jane.

There will be a celebration of life at a later date. Hrabak-Neuhaus Funeral Service is assisting the family.
