Obituaries : Rikki William Young

Rikki William Young, 63, of Vinton died October 10th, 2024 at Allen Hospital. A Celebration of Life will be held on October 27th 1-4pm at the Vinton American Legion.

Rik's focus in life were his children and grandchildren. After that it was the Kansas City Chiefs, his truck and his motorcycle.

He is survived by his mother Kathy Smith, his children Dakotah (Katie and Kyra), Tristan (Jasmine, Nellii and Jordan), Jaden (Kiarra and Madilynn). His brother Mikki Young (Shawn Young), His sisters Kim Young (Kelsey, Jay and Nina), Wanda Young (Kaylee, Grayson and Apollo) and other nieces and nephews. Also surviving are Aunts and Uncles and many cousins.

He was proceeded in death by his father Gordon Young, his sister Kelly Garner and sister-in-law Renee Young. His Grandma and Grandpa Lund, his Aunt Gladys and Uncle Darrell Hummel and Denny and Jo Johnson.

The current was running the right way today.
