Bootsie (Wilma) Maye Hoefle, 93 died at New Aldaya Lifescapes in Cedar Falls, Iowa on May 31, 2024. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, June 8, 2024, at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah ¢â‚¬â„¢s Witnesses, Vinton. Wilma was born Aug 23, 1930 to Harold and Bernice (Laura) King in Brandon, Iowa.

At a very young age, she affectionately became known as ¢â‚¬Å“Bootsie ¢â‚¬ � and that is who she was during her entire lifetime.

On Dec 28, 1947 she married Dean Hoefle, their marriage lasting 52 years until Dean ¢â‚¬â„¢s death March 17, 2004. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents, her 4 sisters, her 2 daughters, Connie Zavala and Sallee (Bryon) Kincannon, and one grandson, Jordan.

She is survived by her 3 sons, Larry (JoAnn), Garry (Diane), and John, as well as 11 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.

Bootsie touched the lives of everyone she met, and as one of Jehovah ¢â‚¬â„¢s Witnesses, she loved sharing Bible truths that meant so much to her.
