Obituaries : Bonnie Lou Bohnenkamp-Rommann

Bonnie Lou Bohnenkamp-Rommann, age 88, passed away on June 30, 2022. She was born in Iowa on July 16, 1933 to the late Grant and Ruth (Graham) Hull Her parents had traveled by covered wagon to Howard, CO. where she attended a one room school house. At some point she returned to Vinton, IA and graduated High School there.

She married her first husband Richard D. Hansen and they traveled extensively in the U.S. Her working career was with AT&T and Mountain Bell for 25+ years. Canon City, CO was her favorite location.

Surviving relatives are; her daughter, Gina D. (Keith) Plamann and her grand dog Bailey in Appleton, Wisconsin, her brother, Gary (Mary) Hull and their sons Graham & Patrick, in Vinton, Iowa, and her special companion; Orville Ellison of Iowa.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her sister Ellamae Starr and her brothers; Jackie Hull, James Willison and George Hull. As well as her husbands; Richard D. Hansen, Bill Bohnenkamp, and Marvin Rommann.

In keeping with Bonnie's wishes, no services will be held. She will be laid to rest in Vinton, Iowa.
