Obituaries : Roxann V. Arnold

Roxann V. Arnold, 63, of Belle Plaine, Iowa, passed away Sunday, Dec. 13, 2020, at Belle Plaine Specialty Care in Belle Plaine. Per her wishes, cremation has taken place. A celebration of Roxann's life will be held at a later date. Murdoch Funeral Home & Cremation Service of Marion, Iowa, is assisting the family.

Roxann was born Oct. 3, 1957, in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, the daughter of Fred and Shirley (Hunt) Morrow. She was a 1975 graduate of Jefferson High School in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, and went on to receive a degree from Hamilton Business College and worked as a bookkeeper. On July 23, 1977, she was united in marriage to Douglas P. Arnold. To this union, two sons were born, Josh and Sean. Roxann will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
Roxann is survived and lovingly remembered by her two sons, Josh (Angella) Arnold of Fort Worth, Texas, and Sean Arnold of Cedar Rapids; mother, Shirley Morrow of South Dakota; four grandchildren, Bailey, Colton, Chloe and Madelyn; brother, Vernon Morrow of Central City; brother-in-law, Arthur Jones of South Dakota; and ex-husband, Doug Arnold of Center Point.
She was preceded in death by her father, Fred Morrow; and sister, Nadine Jones.
