VINTON: William "Bill" Kramer, 66, died July 19, 2017 at St. Luke's Hospice in Cedar Rapids. A Mass Of Christian Burial will be held at 11AM, Monday, July 24, 2017 at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Vinton with Father Ardel Barta as Celebran. Interment will be held at St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery in Urbana. Visitation will be from 2 to 6 PM, Sunday at the Phillips Funeral Home Chapel, 212 E. 6^th St. in Vinton. William, known to family and friends as "Bill" was born April 3, 1951 at Urbana to Harold and Marguerite (Mahoney) Kramer. On November 22, 1980, he was united in marriage to Shellene Hora in Vinton. Bill was a Brick Layer who adored his family. He is survived by his wife, Shellene of Vinton; his sons, Tony (Bina) Kramer of the state of Washington; his daughters, Tracey (Robert) Sweet of Vinton and Tracy (Bryan) Miller of Washington, IA; his grandchildren, Erika, Arleen, Keson, Caiden, Kyann, Kendra, Izzey and Charlie; his brothers, Ron (Sheila) Kramer of California and Dan (Donna) Kramer of Nebraska; and his sister, Generose (Chuck) Flatberg of Vinton.
