VINTON: Junior R. Bemer, 74 of Vinton died Friday, June 2, 2017 at St. Luke's Hospice Inpatient Unit in Cedar Rapids. The family will receive friends 1 - 2 PM on Friday, June 9, 2017 at Phillips Family Center, 605 Second Avenue in Vinton. Interment will follow at Cedar Memorial Park Cemetery in Cedar Rapids.
