Everett A. Mack, 93, formerly of Vinton, passed away Sunday, April 19, 2015 at his home in Brush, Colo.

He was born May 26, 1921 in Vinton, to Howard and Clara Mack. Everett married Evelyn Hodina on March 29, 1947. They lived in Iowa and then Phoenix, Ariz., before moving to Colorado Springs and then recently to Brush to be closer to their family. They lived in Fort Morgan for a short time during the 1960s and Everett owned the Club Tap Room and also the Friendly Tavern. Everett also farmed for a number of years.

He enjoyed reading, spending time with family, and traveling.

He is survived by his wife, Evelyn Mack of Brush; his son, Dennis and his wife, Karol of Fort Morgan; and his grandson, Brian Mack of Fort Morgan.

Everett was preceded in death by his parents; his brother, Kenneth Mack; and his sisters, Evelyn Armstrong and Hazel Meyers.

Graveside services were held in Memory Gardens Cemetery in Fort Morgan, Colo.
