Obituaries : Lily Scheib

Lily Marie (Jessop) Scheib, 81, passed away peacefully in her sleep April 10, 2015, at the Otterbein Lebanon Senior Life Style Community in Lebanon, Ohio. Service: 11:00 a.m., Friday, April 17, 2015, at Central Church of Christ. The family will greet friends one hour prior to the service at the church. Burial: Anderson Cemetery, Swisher, Iowa. Arrangements by:  Murdoch-Linwood Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Cedar Rapids, Iowa.

   Lily was born December 21, 1933, in Potter, Nebraska. Survivors include her children, Bruce F. (Jerri) Scheib and Tammy D. (Art) Jurchen; seven grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; and one brother, Jim (Shirlee) Jessop.

   She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers; and three sisters.

   A memorial fund in Lily’s name has been established.
