Obituaries : Kenneth Dale Murphy

Kenneth “Ken” Dale Murphy, of Vinton Iowa died Monday, August 25th 2014 at the age of 62. Ken peacefully passed away in his sleep at home after a long battle with ailments. Ken was born in Cedar Rapids Iowa on May 25th 1952 to parents Raymond Murphy and Kathleen Murphy. He took pleasure in collecting photographs. He also had a passion for building model cars. Ken enjoyed his community and spending time at his home. He spoke highly about his loyal friend and landlord Kevin Hesson. Kenneth Murphy is survived by 5 brothers and sisters, Kerry Murphy, Ron Murphy, Kathie McCallister, Jeanie Swinton and Kelly Murphy.
