Cedar Falls -- Bette Mayhew, Cedar Falls (formerly of Vinton, IA), was born to Harold and Lillian Beresford on December 12, 1920 in Staunton, Virginia. She spent her childhood in both Iowa and Virginia and graduated from Lincoln High School in Vinton in 1939. VINTON: Viola Marie Koeppen, 88 of Vinton and formerly of Belle Plaine died Sunday, November 23, 2014 at the Vinton Lutheran Home following an extended illness.
There will be no public services scheduled, interment will be in Oak Hill Cemetery in Belle Plaine.
Viola was born September 28, 1926 to Otto and Helen (Phelps) Holst at Belle Plaine.
