Don't forget to send in a donation today toward Vinton Today's upkeep and improvements!

Having crossed the 5.5 Millions stories read on our website, we are feeling pretty confident that this is where you find your news!

To that end, we've already begun to work on making the trip to Vinton Today more pleasant for our readers.

If you've already noticed, we've added a much needed tab at the end of the stories so that you can easily go to the next story or to the previous story on the same tab! This will make reading Vinton Today much faster allowing you to get to the next story much more quickly.

We've also stretched our front page to make it more eye appealing.

Things you can't see on the back end are, well, things that wouldn't bother our readers :) but we have a few of those tweaks done as well.

We have more things we need to do, as well as raise funds for the hosting fees that run throughout the year.

If you haven't yet, it would be a good time to sit down and write a check toward the Vinton Today Fund...We'd suggest $50 which is a pretty good bang for your buck when you think about it. It's LESS than a dollar a week, and covers all the news you can read.

If you can give more, by all means do! If you can't afford $50, please, send what you can, every dollar matters in our annual fundraiser.
