News : Farmers Savings Bank, William Talen donate $10K to Celebration Park

The Vinton Parks & Recreation Department’s Celebration Park Project received another great donation from Farmers Savings Bank and CEO William C. Talen.

Their gift of $10,000 is going to help make this park a reality and shows once again the great community support that Farmers Savings Bank has given to the community and area for many years.

The VPRD is getting ready to start the construction of this new park that will feature a limestone river wall, a beautiful gazebo, a walking trail, an open air pavilion with restrooms and many more amenities.

The support that we have received from Farmers Savings Bank is always top-notch and shows how much that they really care for the citizens of our community and the growth that we strive for to develop our community.
