In the spirit of giving during this holiday season the American Cancer Society Daffodil Days is providing an opportunity to Benton County residents to purchase the Daffodil Days products early as gifts in honor of friends and/or family. Available are (1) a Bear Hug for Hope which will be given to a child touched by cancer at a local hospital, (2) a Gift of Hope which is a bunch of 10 fresh-cut daffodils in a beautiful cobalt-blue glass vase given anonymously to a local cancer patient receiving treatment (you may name the recipient) to be delivered the week of March 11-15, 2013 or (3) a bunch of 10 fresh-cut daffodils to be delivered the week of March 11-15, 2013, or (4) Dainty Daffodils, miniature bulbs in their container , about to open to be delivered the week of March 11-15, 2013.
Daffodils are the first flowers of spring and the bright symbol of hope we all share that cancer can and will be conquered. Money raised through Daffodil Days supports the American Cancer Society’s life saving work in research, education, advocacy and service.
