From the time the doors opened at 6 am, there was a flurry of hungry people waiting to learn “The Art of Eating Pancakes”  at the 52nd Annual Kiwanis Pancake Day.

People from all over Iowa and several states were in town waiting to eat some of the best pancakes and sausage that a blue ticket could buy today.  As you looked around you could see smiles from the front door to the kitchen, and even a couple of stories being told about the Kiwanians of years past.

Overall, it looked like this yearly tradition was a huge success and we are sure that people are looking forward to next year already!
