The Monsanto Company recently made a $5,000 contribution to the Garrison Emergency Services Relief Fund through local dealer for Bill and Paul’s Ag Service in Garrison. Bill and Paul’s Ag Service is a dealer for Dekalb Seed Corn and Asgrow soybean seed, both of which are Monsanto products.
The Garrison Emergency Services Relief Fund was created by the U.S Bank following the July 11 windstorm disaster that leveled the Garrison Emergency Services Building. All donations to the fund are being used by the Garrison Fire Department and First Responders in their rebuilding effort. “It’s wonderful to know we have such benefactors as Monsanto in our community who are willing to help us in our time of need,” said Garrison Fire Chief Steve Meyer.
