News : Benton SWCD Award Winners‏ - Cue\'s and Boddicker\'s

Farming the Mary Ann Cue Farm in Polk Township is a two family affair! And a long and productive relationship it has been between the Cue’s and the Boddickers. Mark Boddicker has operated the farm for Ms. Cue for many years. He has implemented no till and conservation tillage systems, established grassed waterways, and has in all ways been a conservation steward for the farm. Ms. Cue says without his help, she couldn’t have maintained the farm and protected it for these many years.

The Benton SWCD Commissioners Congratulate these two families and really appreciate the partnership that provides soil and water conservation for this farm. Efforts like this protect soil and water resources for us all.
