News : Support the Troops Night set for Sept. 18 at B.C. Speedway

Area soldiers and a Waterloo medic who was paralyzed while serving In Iraq will be honored this month at the races.

Sunday, Sept. 18, will be "Support the Troops Night" at the Benton County Speedway.

The solders will be honored during the Parade Lap. One of those to be recognized is Sgt. Ian Ralston, whose spinal cord was pierced by an IED explosion May 29, 2010. See a Waterloo Courier story about Sgt. Ralston HERE.
