News : Shellsburg Area Community Endowment Fund Informational Meeting April 13, 6:00 pm

In 2023 an endowment fund for the community of Shellsburg was initiated by the Shellsburg Area Community Group.  Endowment funds create a perpetual source of income so just imagine the potential this fund creates for the community.   And to top it off, contributing funds to this endowment fund also provides an enticing tax incentive to the donors.  

An informational meeting is being held at the lower level of the Shellsburg Library on Monday, April 13th at 6:00pm.  You can learn about this fund and its potential benefit to Shellsburg from Terry Gaumer of the Community Foundation of Northeast Iowa.   Everyone is welcome!     Your attendance will show your interest in Shellsburg and you're under no obligation to donate.
