On a Saturday in September Vinton-Shellsburg FFA members helped to teach younger kids the importance of safety in agriculture. The day was filled with hands-on activities, interactive lessons, and real-life scenarios to help kids learn how to stay safe.

The kids rotated through multiple stations, each one focusing on a different safety lesson. FFA members helped teach some of the lessons while others helped lead the group of kids to each station.

The event helped younger kids learn how to be safe around specific agricultural machinery and gave the FFA members to show their knowledge and experience with agriculture.
