The Vinton Lions Club present Easter Iowa Honor Flight with support for Iowa Veterans

The Vinton Lions Club has continually supported the Eastern Iowa Honor Flight since 2010 by serving a chili supper at the Vinton Fire Station. They hold the distinguished honor of being the longest-serving support group of the Eastern Iowa Honor Flight. On September 20, 2022, a flight was named after Vinton Lions Club for their continued support.

Many Veterans never received a " THANK YOU" when they returned from their service. As a community, this is a chance to make up for That. The mission is to make a day they will never forget. To date, nearly 5000 veterans have accomplished this mission and received the "THANK YOU" they deserved.
