News : Post Prom Planning Underway

Plans are underway for the 2024 Vinton-Shellsburg Prom, which will take place on the evening of April 20th, 2024. Each year the parents of the Junior Class of Vinton-Shellsburg High School sponsor a fun, safe, and substance-free event after Prom for the Juniors and Seniors.

In the past, through the generosity of parents, businesses and organizations, the Post Prom party has been a great success. As the members of the Post Prom Committee, we are asking for your help in making this year's party a memorable event - this safe celebration would not be possible without your help! Thank you in advance for all you do for our community, it does not go unnoticed. We are in need of cash, gift certificates, merchandise, and donations of your services, to fund the night's festivities.

Cash contributions will be used for food, activities, games, prizes, and the hypnotist. If you wish to make a monetary donation, checks can be made payable to V-S Post Prom.

To assist us in our planning, we would appreciate hearing from you by December 15, 2023, however, we can certainly be flexible. Please mail your contribution to the following address:
