In last week's Benton County Supervisor meeting, the Benton County Attorney Ray Lough brought legal representation to address the former Board of Health concerns. The representative seemed to imply that upon request the Board of Health could ask for legal representation, paid for by the county.
The former Board of Health is still within their allotted time for appealing the Supervisor's decision to terminate the whole board.
However, assistant to the county attorney Tim Dille did not believe that it was required by law to represent the former board.
The former Board of Health will still be able to appeal the Supervisors decision to fire them from their positions.
