Vinton Class of 1983 holds 40th Class Reunion

Members of the Vinton Class of 1983 held their 40th class reunion on Friday and Saturday in Vinton. Members of the class met at the Ron da Voo on Friday night, and then met to golf on Saturday morning and finished the weekend on Saturday night at Berry's Lanes for a meal together and a time of visiting and catching up with each other.

A raffle was held for items created by the talented Derrick Stott. He created a clock sporting the Vinton Viking and a handmade quilt with the Vinton colors as well as a monogrammed "V '83."

The event was spearheaded by class member Randy Scheel (and with many thanks from fellow classmates) and coordinated and planned with the help of other alumni members.
