News : Halloween night pulls out the stops for area children

Halloween night brought all of the families out for the evening. With stops at local nursing homes, and several of the area churches, kids were about to not only find candy but hot dogs, chips, and they could even make smores.

Several neighborhoods were buzzing with families making their way to the homes in Vinton as well.
