News : April 22 Honor Flight postponed

The Eastern Iowa Honor Flight that was scheduled for Wednesday, April 22 will not

occur on that day, but will be rescheduled.

Due to the COVID -19 ( Coronavirus) , the National Honor Flight Organization has

required all local Honor Flight hubs to suspend flights through April 30th.

For the safety of our travelers, the April flight orientation that was scheduled for Sunday,

March 15 was also cancelled, and will be rescheduled when a new flight date is

determined.

We'll announce the rescheduled flight date to our Veterans and media representatives

when that information is available.

We're sorry that these circumstances will delay the opportunity for our Veterans to visit

the Memorials that honor them in Washington D.C.

We value the health of our Veterans, Guardians, Staff, and everyone who supports our

flights. It's a top priority.
