Tilford Elementary Students get to open Valentines after a bit of a delay

Due to the weather, Valentine's Day was put on hold for Tilford Elementary's Valentine Day Parties. The children were set to celebrate on Thursday, but Old Man Winter won that round with Cupid. Friday was a day off of classes, so when Monday rolled around, FINALLY, as I'm sure all of the children felt, the partying commenced.
