Vinton Fire Department holds practice burn at last nights fire on 3rd St.

Last night the Vinton Fire Department held a practice burn at a house located on 3rd St. The property is owned by Al Garwood who obtained the proper permission to have the home burnt down.

The local fire department can use this type of property as training for their firemen.
