A variety of civil war displays were at the Depot this weekend and were definitely worth the trip for a bit of education, in a fun way.
Offering a diverse amount of information to visitors, the various displays shared the different types of uniforms worn to a tent set up with displays for the women to enjoy. Most interesting there were displays that used human hair to create a framed picture.
The musket demonstration was a hit among the children as well as the adults.

If you took the kids for a bit of summer fun and visited the display, don't tell them they it was part of their education that they probably won't forget!
