News : iVinton Sets Location for New Office

The VMEU/VMCU board met yesterday in a special meeting at City Hall. 

Under the topics of discussion were the status of the cable duct installation. The company is working on a loop around the edge of town and are making great progress. 

The location for the iVinton office has been chosen to be next door to the Ron Da Voo at 412 1st Ave. There will be some updates made inside the office as well as a drop off location installed on the north wall along the alley where payments can be accepted from the convenience of your car.

A local resident who is also a current ImOn employee has been hired to oversee the office. Assisting her will be two of the city employees who will work part-time in both locations.

More information was shared with the board, concerning options for pricing which was discussed, the board will make the final decision at a later meeting.
