News : Local author Schenck plans book signing at Holiday Open House at Henkle Creek

The Annual Holiday Open House in downtown Vinton, will take place on Sunday, November 18, from 12:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. to kick off the holiday shopping season. This year, Henkle Creek will be hosting Author Ruth Anne Schneck, a retired Union teacher. Schneck will be signing her book “Geoffrey’s Christmas Wish.” About the Book: Ruth Anne Schneck (known to students as Mrs. Ripple) will share her newly-published book about Geoffrey, a delightful bear on a Christmas adventure. The book is entertaining and educational, and includes activity pages.
