The decades-old tradition of Vinton Kiwanis members placing Easter Eggs for children to find on the Saturday before Easter continued this weekend, as the club members and many families braved the cold and wind to gather at Kiwanis Park.
This is the second year that the Kiwanis Park has been the site of the event, which for decades took place at Riverside Park.
