News : Husband of Vinton native killed in auto-pedestrian accident in Colorado

The husband of a Vinton native living in Colorado has been killed in an auto-pedestrian incident in Colorado. Nathan Osburn, 42, of Arvada Colo., died on Jan. 10, after being hit by a car while walking on a sidewalk. The driver, whose vehicle had hit a shed and fence before colliding with Osburn, has been arrested for vehicular homicide and driving under the influence of drugs. Osburn and his wife Julie Blanchard Osburn, have four children. Julie graduated from Washington High School in 1996. More than $10,000 has been raised for the family via a GoFundMe page.
