News : Scheels makes donation to Vinton Off Road Cyclists

With strong partnerships, organizations can make so many things a possibility. At the end of every year, Scheels gives back to their communities with a Day of Giving.

Communities play such a huge role in the success of their business, that they want to help support them whenever possible.

This year, Scheels in Coralville gave back $300,000 to local community organizations.

We are pleased to announce that VORC (Vinton Off Road Cyclists)was one of those organizations that Scheels gave money to. Sales Leader Matt Phippen and Event Coordination Paul Roesler presented VORC with a check for $10,000. This money will be used to continue to better our trails, afford new equipment and pursue other opportunities.

We want to thank Scheels for this generous donation and we are thankful for organizations like Scheels and so many others that have seen the impact that our group has made and want to help.
