John Joseph Vance: Arrested in child sex abuse case
John Joseph Vance, 47, Vinton was arrested Wednesday October 13, 2010 following an investigation by the Benton County Sheriff’s Office. Vance was charged with sexual abuse 2nd degree (class B felony) and Lascivious acts with a child (class C felony).
Vance is accused of having inappropriate sexual contact with a six year old female during the summer of 2008 in rural Benton County. Following an appearance in Magistrate Court, Vance was released to the supervision of the Department of Corrections.
