The Benton County Sheriff’s Office has arrested two Cedar Rapids people following an investigation of a Burglary in Walford.
On September 20, 2010at 7:13 PM deputies responded to a suspicious persons call in Walford. The deputies found there had been a residential burglary committed. A description of the car and suspects was forwarded to the Linn County Sheriff who located and stopped the vehicle in Cedar Rapids.
Whitney Rae Price, 19, from Cedar Rapids, was charged with Burglary Third Degree, a class D felony, and Theft 4th Degree, a serious misdemeanor. Price is being held in the Iowa County Jail awaiting her initial court appearance.
Dalvin Sanquaz Jackson, 16, from Cedar Rapids was charged with Burglary Third Degree, a class D felony and Theft 4th degree, a serious misdemeanor. Jacksonwas released to his mother.
